The demo guys have finished their job and Premier Pools are starting the dig and shell for the pool next Wednesday.

This is a similar design to what our downstairs powder room will look like. Although we're having granite benchtops instead;

Pool, Landscape & Deck plans

Damien Long (an old KHS friend) who owns Premier Pools has designed and is building our pool. We really love what he's done and we didn't have anything to amend from his original design.

Julian Brady of Site Design is our landscape architect (who came recommended by Damien) and likewise, after a few meetings, he put together a design that we loved instantly... 'Wahroonga meets the Beach' worked.

The pools, deck and landscaping was approved today. WoooHooo! The pool shell should be in by the end of the month.

The house plans

We chose Rawson Homes because they specialise in knock down rebuild and every builder I spoke with highly recommended them. Our architect is Nicholas Gray but Mick did most of the basic layout design based on inspirations. We have the same taste so that part was easy for me!

The house will have a coastal-plantation feel to it and is taking in views over Manly from the top floor. Due to the slope of the land, we're having split level which we both love.
